Dear Homeowners,
In an abundance of caution and in cooperation with the global aspect of conquering the COVID-19 virus, your Board of Directors will be conducting meetings via a virtual platform as needed. Below you will find the link or dial in information to join the meeting on Wednesday, July 1st, at 6:30 pm.
All homeowners are welcome to join the meeting and will be invited to comment on any agenda item at the conclusion of the board’s discussion. To make this an effective alternative to in person meetings, we ask that everyone calling in select a spot without background noise. Non-board members will be listening to the meeting while muted until the open forum section of the meeting, at which time we will open the phone lines and invite comments. We ask everyone be patient and to not speak over another participant.
